Teen Lyrical (age 12-18) (Weekly)

Senior Lyrical (ages 12+). An emotionally invested dance style, where dancers connect and react to the music with depth and maturity, through fluid and elegant movements. (Ballet training is required to take this class).
What to wear: Something comfortable and suitable for physical exercise e.g leggings/shorts and a t-shirt/leotard (nothing too baggy). Hair tied up and bare feet. Please also bring a water bottle.
