Jazz Technique (Age 12+) (Weekly)

Technique class training dancers to refine dance skills. Focusing on major movements such as kicks, turns and leaps. Conditioning muscle memory, coordination, stability, artistic development and choreography. (Mixed ability)
What to wear: Something comfortable and suitable for physical exercise e.g leggings/short and a fitted t-shirt or leotard t-shirt (nothing too baggy). Hair tied up and clean shoes or bare feet. Please also bring a water bottle.
