Progressing Ballet Technique (Group 1) (Weekly)

Strength and conditioning training for ballerinas. Essential for those already working in pointe shoes and students training towards their first pointe shoes. Please note: dancers have to pass the 'EDA Pointe Assessment' before purchasing pointe shoes.
What to wear: Ballet uniform (e.g. leotard, tights, wrap skirt optional & ballet shoes). Hair in classical a style. A water bottle will be needed for hydration.
