Acrobatic Arts: Intro Class [Saturday] (Weekly)

Introduction to Acrobatic Arts Training: Working on AA Primary & Level 1 Building on strength & flexibility to learn acro skills. All skills are prepared to be performed on a hard stage within choreographic demands. (MUST attend another dance class)
Introduction to Acrobatic Arts What to wear: Something comfortable and suitable for physical exercise e.g leggings/shorts and a t-shirt/leotard (nothing too baggy). Hair tied up and bare feet. Please also bring a water bottle.
