Intro to Dance: Ballet [Friday] Age 3 - 5 (Weekly)

Beginner Level Ballet. An independent class, training the youngest aspiring dancers, through classical ballet to develop proprioceptive awareness and nurturing motor skills appropriate for their natural development. From ages 3 years old
What to wear: Something comfortable and suitable for physical exercise (e.g leggings and a t-shirt nothing too baggy). Hair tied up and clean shoes or bare feet. For ballet hair must be in a bun, outfit as above with bare feet, or if you already own a leotard & soft ballet shoes this is encouraged. Please also bring a water bottle.
