Adult Beginner Ballet (Weekly)

It’s never too late to start! Discover the joy, strength and grace of beginner Ballet just for Adults!
No need to buy anything for the trial class. Bare foot is ideal for the first class. Please bring a bottle of water with you and something to lie on such as a yoga or Pilates mat or even a towel for comfort whilst stretching and cooling down.
