Ladies & Babies - Bubba & Bop (Weekly)

A relaxed fitness class designed for mums who want to get moving while bringing their babies along. Babies can come in their car seats, bouncers or play mats while mums enjoy a fun workout with focus on dance inspired movement, strength,mobility & fitness
Please bring your own items to keep your baby entertained whether this be a car seat, bouncer or play mat. Please be mindful that parents will be moving so for health and safety please ensure your child is close by and occupied. It is your responsibility to look after your own child, thank you.
