Acro Primary to Level 2 (Saturdays) (Weekly)

Following the Primary to Level 2 curriculum as part of the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. Acro is a fusion of classical dance technique and acrobatic elements focusing on balancing, limbering, tumbling, flexibility, contortion and strength.
Please bring a bottle of water. For the taster session but we advise that you wear clothing that allows for full range of movement (e.g. leggings and a vest top). Long hair must be tied back. No jewellery should be worn for safety reasons.
