Pointe work and PBT (Grade 4 Ballet) (Weekly)

Beginners pointe work class. Including Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) training with the therabands and yoga balls to strengthen and engage muscles correctly. Class is by invitation only. Students must be in Grade 4 ballet and above.
