Contemporary Dance (Weekly)

Contemporary Dance emphasises fluidity, natural movement and the expression of emotions or ideas. It combines elements from various dance forms, including ballet (turnout and extension) and modern dance (floor work and improvisation.
Tight tshirt, leotard with leggings or dance tights must be worn for the trial. Bare feet
