Contemporary Dance (Weekly)

Contemporary Dance emphasises fluidity, natural movement and the expression of emotions or ideas. It combines elements from various dance forms, including ballet (turnout and extension) and modern dance (floor work and improvisation.
Leotard and leggings or dance tights with bare feet recommended for trial
