Tuesday - SEN ONLY 4:10/5:00pm (Weekly)

Ages 3-12 Year Olds. This is a NON structured session. This class is specially designed to support children with visual impairment and/or special needs or disabilities. Parents/carers will have to stay during the session with their gymnast.

Friday - Teen Gymnastics 7:30/8:20pm (Weekly)

This session is for teenagers who have started secondary school to 17 years. ​Gymnasts will be able to train on all of the apparatus and is suitable for both beginners and more advanced performers.

Friday - Adult Gymnastics 8:30/9:30pm (Weekly)

NO FREE TRIALS = This session is for 16 year olds and over. Only £5 per session ​Gymnasts will be able to train on all of the apparatus and is suitable for both beginners and more advanced performers.

Saturday - Parent and Toddler - 9:15am -10:00am (Weekly)

For all children walking age to 3 years. Structured warm up and stretch followed by a circuit which children work with their parents to go around. Different theme each month.
