PBT based keep fit class for ballet dancers
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) plays a significant role in the importance of understanding/improving muscle memory, strength and flexibility in our ballet training. We incorporate PBT within our classes until Grade 3, from Grade 4 upwards we have a dedicated class to the Technique! Our PBT class is a great tool for anyone who wishes to experience the workout of a ballet dancer – regardless of his/her own dance experience. There is no set uniform for this class.
