Thursday - Adult Ballet (Weekly)

Adult Ballet Class for beginners
That you wish to join for gentle exercise, to enjoy the music, socialise, or wish to come back after a long break; this class is the class for you! It is open to all ages and levels of experience and fitness. Our adult class comprises of exercises at the Barre, centre work and deep relaxing stretch to finish. There is no set uniform, Leggings and T-shirt with non-slippery socks (if no ballet shoes) is fine to start with. But if you want to look the part, we advise our Repertoire uniform.
