Wednesday Pointe work - Miss Lydie (Weekly)

Pointe class
Suitable for students who are RAD Grade 4 level, equivalent or above, this class works at the core of pointe work with specific exercises to strengthen dancers' feet in preparation for pointe work. It is ideal for beginners and improvers alike. Uniform: there is no set uniform for this class but Convertible Ballet tights, Theraband, tennis ball, squash ball and Pointe shoes are a must.
