Thursday Acrobatics (Weekly)

For ages 5+. This class follows the Acrotrix syllabus and teaching of Acro. Acro is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. We work on strength, conditioning, balance and coordination.
Please bring a water bottle with you to class. If you have a yoga mat, please bring this along with you. Please meet your class teacher outside at the side door.
