Grade 1 Ballet (Weekly)

Grade 1 Ballet Are introduced to the wider vocabulary of ISTD and RAD ballet. Barre work is introduced, and exercises are aimed at conditioning the body even more for dance. Focus is now on feet, turn out, abdominals and back with increased stretching.
