Pointe Safe | UK School Year 6 upwards (Weekly)

Pointe Safe is our pre-pointe programme, following the SF Performing Arts physiotherapy method. It focuses on strengthening feet, ankles, and core to ensure dancers are safely prepared and strong enough to begin pointe work.
