Ballet Body Conditioning & Pointe Technique (Weekly)

Spring 2025 - Block 1 (x6 weeks)
This class begins with a series of Floor Barre exercises before moving on to a section of feet and ankle strengthening and pointe technique work. Pointe shoes are not required for this class and pointe beginners are welcome.
